  • Deciding the approach necessary to resolve problems, e.g. deciding generally how research is to be conducted

Scientist/Senior Scientist Ideal Profile:

  • In depth understanding and experience of practical aspects of HPLC, GC and IC
  • Strong experience of creating Chromatographic methods across multiple platforms from end to end across multiple projects
  • Ability to cleary communicated across interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong rapport building with the ability to network and build close relationships with both Clients and members of the business
  • Experience or knowledge of working alongside multiple teams, supporting with the business strategy and increasing the activity pipeline through recommendation of services
  • Excellent knowledge of all safety procedures, laboratory performance standards, handling chemicals, COSHH, SHE and enforcement of safety and quality systems
  • 4+ years’ working practice within the Small Molecule industry in a regulated laboratory.
