  • Collaborating with a fellow Data Quality Analyst, building and maintaining a Data Dictionary, and the Data Quality of Metadata retained there within

  • Working with key stakeholders, identifying the business impact of critical data elements as relevant for the company
  • Collating and reporting on monthly functional quality metrics from denoted business functions
  • Working with other members of the team to fix data quality issues and identify and undertake root cause analysis of real and perceived issues with data quality
  • Acting as the expert on Enterprise Data Quality
  • Aggregating functional quality metrics into Enterprise quality metrics
  • Identifying the size, scale and possible impact of data quality issues
  • Collating the agenda, actions, statuses for the Data Governance Working Group

  • IOSH Managing Safely Certificate holder would be preferable
  • Strong knowledge of building services such as refrigeration chillers, HVAC, BMS, etc
  • Ability to manage processes for planned and reactive maintenance with experience operating a CMMS platform for asset management and maintenance

Facilities Manager responsibilities:

  • Following a programme of planned maintenance ensuring the building, plant and equipment continues to operate smoothly to minimise breakdowns in the building and associated laboratories
  • Carrying out a daily walk round to check the operations of plant and ensure that there are no obvious issues which have not been flagged by the Building Management System and recording water temperatures (Legionella)
  • Maintenance of utilities equipment; comprising AHU’s, extract fans/motors, water systems (pro-cess/domestic), calorifiers, pressurisation units, laboratory vacuum systems
  • Developing, planning, implementing & maintaining appropriate PM schedules – SFG20
  • Act as the designated representative for the site
  • Responsible for all engineering health and safety on site
  • Gathering, arranging and completing reactive/corrective work orders
  • Maintain site CMMS / CAFM system
  • Keeping up to date with legislative developments and changes
  • Interrogate BMS / other services to diagnose faults – primarily hands-off
  • Liaising with, booking and supporting external contractors to maintain; Gas Boilers, Compressed Air, UPS, AC/Chillers, Water System dosing, BMS. PAT and Fixed Wire testing
  • Responding to plumbing and electrical issues/faults as they occur

As a Laboratory Equipment Validation Coordinator, you will be Working as an established member of the team to provide guidance and support to members of the Operational teams, passing on your expertise and experience.

Laboratory Equipment Validation Coordinator ideal profile

  • A qualification in a relevant study area, including suitable laboratory experience (Anything from A-Level – Degree level will be accepted)
  • Proven knowledge of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with a particular focus on system qualification process
